The Riviera is BYU approved housing, located at the corner of University Ave. and University Parkway, which is right across from BYU's campus in Provo. We have men and women shared BYU housing. We offer Spring/Summer, Fall/Winter and full year contracts. All of our apartments are partially furnished and have big bedrooms. Call or email the office for specific pricing at this great complex right across the street from BYU.
The Riviera Apartments has a sand volleyball court, business center, tanning bed, study area, full kitchen, ping pong table, piano, pool (seasonal) and Jacuzzi for the convenience of our residents. Monthly activities sponsored by the Riviera are a must, and exceptional wards create their own activities to bring everyone together. The Riviera also has tailgate parties for all of the BYU home football games.
