Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.

I would say that it's close to campus and the people are great. The management is really nice and they adress problems as best as they can.

That the roommates and wards are really good. Bedroom and living room is pretty nice, kitchen is cramped. I wouldn't recommend a 6-bedroom apartment for reasons of being crowded at times. Amenities are good, and utilities (generally speaking) are priced low.

The social life is pretty good. But the parking is annoying. I wish they would extend it to midnight instead of 11pm.

I love living at the riviera apartments, the rooms are big the bathroom set up is great BUT the parking is more expensive than anywhere else in Provo and some of the apartments are pretty run down. the staff tries to fix what is wrong but sometimes the only fix is to renovate the apartment.

It's got a great location and the staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments, however, are run down and in desperate need of remodeling. Lots of things are broken or not in good condition. Should have been taken care of before we moved in. But I've heard that they are working on redoing a bunch of the apartments, so it could get better in the future.

I really like living here. It's in a convenient location, especially if you are a student at BYU. The people are nice and I like the layout of the apartments.

3.14

I love the huge rooms, the social atmosphere, the reasonable rent, and the proximity to BYU campus.

4.00

I have a lot of space in my apartment for all my things.

3.14

You can tell it's used housing. Some of the cabinets or drawers are broken, but it's pretty good. The shower head is really low. I do like the setup for the bathrooms/vanity though.

The rooms are nice and large, the living and dining rooms are also great sized and very accommodating. The drawers in the kitchen are in pretty bad shape and there isn't much pantry space, but for the amount of people the size is pretty good as well. The a/c and heater work great, thank heavens. However, we have had multiple incidents with bugs, from spiders to beetles, earwigs and centipedes. If that could be fixed, I would say the Riv is a great apartment for a fantastic price.

The Riv is really great! They've been making a lot of progress and trying to make the apartments worth what we pay for rent. The wards are fantastic and really social! There are all kinds of fun activities going on and it's super easy to have fun at the lounge, the pool, or the volleyball court. I think it's great and totally worth it!

If you live with the right people it in the greatest college living experience you could ask for!

I haven't lived there yet, but they're online application system already makes me so excited to live there.

I would tell them that the size of the apartments are nice, but the quality is not worth what you pay for it.
